SQL Licensing query

One of my Application Team wants to Install SQL 2012 EE
in Development Server
for Sharepoint Application and they have got
share point License for it. They
are also having MSDN License. Now the
Question is, Can I Instal SQL 2012 EE
for Sharepoint application in
Dev Server using MSDN License? or Do I have to
purchase seperate
license to Install SQL 2012 EE in Dev Server?
