SQL Server 2005 Install

I'm installing the SQL Server 2005 database engine and client tools on Windows 2008 - no reporting services.   I received some warnings in  the install log.  All of the components installed sucessfully

1. Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is either not installed or is disabled.

2. Failed to find the ASP.Net Version Registration with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS).

I'm assuming we can ignore the first since we do not want IIS on the server.

Should we be concerned about the second ?
